Thank you for completing the information form. Here is the information on the page for you to refer back to when needed. Getting to sessions: There is free parking right outside the building. It is also a 5 minute walk from the train station or bus stop. When you arrive, please wait at the front entrance and I will come and get you. Our room is on the first floor but there is a lift available when needed. If your sessions are online, I will send you a Zoom link that you can use every week. Please make sure you arrive on time. Fees: Fees are to be paid for on the day of the session. I can offer some spaces for concessionary prices to students and those on a low income. Sessions will be charged half price if cancelled within 48 hours of the session. There will be no charge if I cancel the session. My concessionary rate only applies to those in weekly sessions. Late payment will need fees to be paid in cash in future sessions. Sessions may be terminated if there are frequent late or missed payments. I adhere to an ethical framework and have the utmost respect for every person I work with. My practice is supervised by an experienced psychotherapist, who is also committed to holding client’s confidentiality. In my supervision sessions, I do not share personal information about you, but I may discuss themes of our work. I do this to ensure that I provide the most effective and ethical service for you. I take brief notes of our sessions, which are stored securely electronically and destroyed after five years. Ending therapy: When you decide you want to end therapy, it is helpful to plan this together. This ensures that therapy can close in a way that you feel happy with. You can end therapy whenever you feel the right time is for you.
