About me
I am passionate about providing space for people to navigate life or relationship difficulties. I can support you with anxiety, grief, low-self esteem, trauma and life changes.
This can either be online or in-person, in Newhaven.

Bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and life changes. Developing a sense of self and processing trauma.

Who can I work with?
I can support people aged 18 and over. In-person sessions are in Newhaven, East Sussex. Online sessions can be accessed anywhere.

Interests and specialisms
I am interested in and specialise in supporting with relational difficulties, sexual abuse, parenting and grief. I am also qualified to work with children.

How can therapy be beneficial?
Everyone’s journey is unique and the process of therapy is often up and down, not linear. Some benefits could be:
