First 20 minute consultation – Free
I offer everyone a free 20 minute consultation session by telephone. This allows you to see if I am the right person for you. We can also explore how we can best work together.
50 minute in-person session – £50
Limited availability. Either weekly or fortnightly sessions available in Newhaven, East Sussex. Evening sessions between 6pm and 8pm or Saturday morning upon request.
50 minute online or telephone session – £40
Some people find it convenient to access counselling from their own home. You would need a private space and access to computer or phone. Additionally, ensure you have a well-charged mobile phone or access to a landline for telephone sessions.
Concessionary price – £40
I reserve limited spaces for counselling students or those on a lower income.
As I am now training in Psychotherapy, I am offering two spaces for those looking for longer term therapy.
