About Lucy Hill

I understand that looking for a therapist can be daunting. It may even be confusing as counsellors and psychotherapists use many different approaches depending on their training.

Therapy needs to be with someone you feel comfortable with. It is important to also feel safe. You may need to find the person who is right for you. Whatever has caused you to seek therapy, I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where we can explore any difficulties you are experiencing in life.

Interests

My main interest is creating safe and supportive spaces for people to explore who they are. I value everyone as unique individuals and offer a holistic, relational way of working to navigate life’s difficulties together. I have experience of supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and navigating life changes.

I am also interested in supporting communities. I want to help them challenge societal and environmental factors that impact mental health. For example, I have supported young people in schools to upskill Senior Leaders and to develop mentally healthy environments.

I also work for the NHS as an Honorary Psychotherapist in the Tower Hamlets area.
